Batman is back! Warner Bros. recently released the Tamil audio track for The Dark Knight Rises. This is the first official movie track that's been released in Tamil, and it can be downloaded for free on www.warnerbrosmusicindia.com/track/. Today we'll look at what the music means to fans of this Bruce Wayne film adaptation, as well as what attracted some of them to it in particular. The pre-release marketing campaign for this film was more than six months long with bootlegging DVDs and piracy websites triggering an uproar by triggering outrage among fans worldwide. One of the main features in the marketing campaign was a meme generator in which fans could make their own posters and upload them to the official website. The soundtrack for The Dark Knight Rises was leaked onto YouTube on July 16, 2012, by an alleged Italian fan, who uploaded a video entitled "Leaked HQ Soundtrack". The video begins with a message in English that reads: "A few months ago I made a post regarding this Soundtrack… I could not say much about it… Anyway here it is! Enjoy!" A second leak released online contained a promo reel of different people listening to the music from The Dark Knight Rises . The soundtrack for The Dark Knight Rises marks the first time a score by Hans Zimmer has been released as a single album. The soundtrack features a five-minute "music-only" track of the film's main theme from Hans Zimmer, as well as songs from various artists, including The Rolling Stones ("Paint It Black"), Lil Wayne ("Breathe"), Skrillex ("Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites") and the late Gary Oldman's son Gulliver Oldman's band Electric Children ("Aurora"). Additionally, Hans Zimmer received help from James Newton Howard to compose the score for this film. Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard previously collaborated on the critically acclaimed scores for King Arthur and The Dark Knight. The album was released digitally on July 17, 2012, and Hans Zimmer's official Vimeo page was updated with a 37-second video featuring some of the songs that were released on the soundtrack. An extended edition of the soundtrack containing additional music in both CD and vinyl format is due to be released, inpired by an official website which has published a running order for this deluxe edition. The album was released in the following formats: 1. The Dark Knight Rises Soundtrack (Deluxe Edition) (Blu-Ray Disc) : 2.
